ZOOLOGICAL ERROR OF ELMER FUDD

I have been much troubled by the fact that Elmer Fudd is forever referring to Bugs Bunny as a "wascally wabbit". Bugs Bunny is an American jackrabbit, which is not a rabbit but a kind of hare. Fudd has misled generations with his name-calling. It is about time this fallacy was exposed! Hare today and gone tomorrow.
